Self Care For the Uncared for…

I am beginning a new adventure.  Why don’t you join me?  For the past 10 years, I have been working on my own self-care.  In each of my sessions, when I teach people about self-care/ coping skills, I tell them that everything that I am teaching you, I have practiced myself.  And it is a practice.  I can create a customized therapeutic program that can help you lose weight, be less stressed, and enjoy yourself more.  In these 1 one 1 sessions you will learn to love yourself just as I have.  If you can breathe, you can do this.  If you can’t breathe, well, you need to do this.  Let me take you on a journey where you may find peace and passion.
